When I approached Kelly to share his story with me, I did with some serious fear and trepidation. Why? I didn't know if it would be a topic that he would want to talk about, and if it would be a topic that I could handle with the care and respect I felt his story deserved.
Kelly is transgender. Kelly is a businessman. Kelly has a wife that he adores. And the world isn't always ready for someone like Kelly. It takes a lot of courage to choose to live your truth like he has. This was a coming out episode for him and I am so honoured (and thrilled!) to have been able to talk with him about his story and his philosophy about love, life and other mysteries.
